Run ext/fileinfo/generate_patch.sh to update PHP's patch against file-5.46. In 399cb4c the PHP copy of libmagic was updated but the patch re-roll was overlooked.
* PHP-8.5: PHP-8.5 is now for PHP 8.5.6-dev
