- Closes Markdown code ticks #16 by removing the backticks that tailwind was adding
- Creates custom components for code and img elements in md
- Closes Codeblocks #13 by adding a custom shiki transformer for adding a copy button to a code block

A small copy button now shows up when you hover over a codeblock. This is based on (shiki-transformer-copy-button)[https://github.com/joshnuss/shiki-transformer-copy-button], but I implemented it myself to change the API a bit to (IMO) simplify.
