Functional writing of Phantom dump files.
Has been tested to work for hydro, MHD, 2-fluid dust, 1-fluid dust with multiple grains, and sink particles. Restarting Phantom using a Sarracen-written dump file yields the same solution down to the bit (when run using a single thread).
There might be some edge cases that are missed.
