The First Version of the GIFT quiz engine

This is the original tool. All the authoring is done by editing JSON directly - which is cool for nerds but painful for regular folks. The next version will have a nice UI for authoring for normal folks with ready access to the JSON editor as well. But in case folks want the classic here is a tag.
