Adds missing
depthoption and the CLI equivalents for options that do not have them.This confused me before: Some options like e.g.
options.branchalready have CLI flag documentation but many other options did not, so I thought they might be inaccessible via the CLI.In case you do not really want these in the read-me, the existing ones should probably be removed for consistency.
