Updated package.json: Contributors and Author

Added contributors ro the empty array and changed the "author" so it matches the actual author's GitHub username.

There's no need adding all contributors to the package.json, they will be automatically displayed on this repository once they made their first contribution to the main branch. Also we did not like updating this list every time someone contributed 😉 About the author name change: This is not currently necessary, it may be changed in the future though. A whole pull request for this change isn't needed.
