Hi all! I'm from Vinta, a software boutique specialized in Python, JavaScript and projects in the health industry. I've been working to extend this quickstart project with a labs integration in my fork as it might be a useful integration for our clients.
Context
I realized the version of the Python client was outdated, so this PR bumps the version to the latest one.

I went through https://github.com/tryVital/vital-python/tree/master to double check params.
