Fixes grammar, punctuation, and word choice errors across 7 documentation files.

Changes

• wearables/providers/data-ingestion-bounds.mdx: Fixed subject-verb agreement — "bounds restricts" → "bounds restrict" (2 instances)
• wearables/guides/android-health-connect.mdx: Fixed incorrect preposition "nudge them of" → "notify them of"; added missing possessive apostrophe on "internals'"
• wearables/guides/samsung-health.mdx: Fixed incorrect preposition "nudge them of" → "notify them of"
• wearables/providers/test_data.mdx: Changed "historic" to "historical" for consistency with the rest of the docs; hyphenated compound adjective "Up-to-date"
• wearables/providers/heart-rate-zones.mdx: Replaced period with colon before inline list to fix sentence fragment
• lab/workflow/redraws.mdx: Removed unnecessary comma in "at most, one" → "at most one"
