The big one -- here's what's inside:

• added RWW, FIB, MCMA question types
• start work on generic multiple choice template

Still TODO:

• tweak styles of RWW/FIB to make them look pretty
• add a slight shake animation when user doesn't select wrong word in RWW
• application-level testing (I only ran through a basic unit test)
• bonus: clean up code and create a generic MC template (depending if there isn't another more pressing issue at this time)
