This is an open-source QuickLook app to generate spectrogram thumbnails and previews for SDR I/Q data. Requires Mac OS X 10.12 or later (tested on 15).
Small preview in Finder windows:

The App will show the QuickLook preview and allows for file Drag and Drop.
Use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom and pan, change the dB range and gain, and select a color palette.

- Go to Releases and download the latest version.
- Unzip the downloaded archive, remove the quarantine (see below) and then put
IQSpectrograminto/Applications. - Start the App once to register the Thumbnail and Preview extensions.
You might need to restart the Finder. Or logout and -in again. Or restart your Mac.
To get unsigned apps working in MacOS Catalina and later, you will need to remove the quarantine attribute.
Run this to see the attributes (after unzipping the download):
xattr -r ~/Downloads/IQSpectrogram.app
And run this to remove the quarantine attribute:
xattr -d -r com.apple.quarantine ~/Downloads/IQSpectrogram.app
The App needs a precompiled libtriq.a.
