Introduces a voice agent abstraction layer to unify API/code for ElevenLabs, Gemini, and OpenAI, while maintaining backward compatibility.
This PR refactors the existing ElevenLabs integration to use a new
VoiceAgentBaseinterface andVoiceAgentRouter. It adds a full implementation for Gemini's real-time API via LiteLLM and a placeholder for OpenAI, enabling a consistent approach for integrating various voice AI providers and simplifying future extensions.
