The package linetools is an industry-standard-level package observers use for analyzing spectra. This PR integrates linetools into Trident by allowing easy retrieval of lines from the robust linetools database of lines. It also includes a minor change to
ion_database.pyto allow for more flexible usage of LineDatabase classes.
