The issue was caused by
height: 100%on the body element, which constrains the body to exactly the viewport height. When content exceeds this height, it gets clipped because the body cannot expand.By changing to
min-height: 100vh, the body:Testing
✅ Content now scrolls properly when it exceeds viewport height
✅ No horizontal scrollbars appear unexpectedly
✅ Existing responsive design still works correctly
✅ Both light and dark themes function properly
