- Persist TUI when scheduler returns error (unless --inspect already set) - Add BuildFailed state to TUI model for visual feedback - Display red "BUILD FAILED - Press 'q' to exit" header on error - Preserve exit code 1 propagation through errgroup pattern Closes #60
