Show user email on admin page while editing display name

Summary

Show user emails consistently across the admin interface and fix user selection behavior:

1. Display emails on the main admin page, even while editing display names
2. Display emails in the user selection dropdown when adding users to cohorts
3. Fix hover highlighting when multiple users have the same display name

Changes

• Restructured user display on main admin page to always show email
• Added email display to cohort member selection dropdown and trigger button
• Use user ID instead of display name for dropdown item values to ensure unique identification

Test plan

• Go to /admin page as an admin
• Start editing a user's display name - verify email is still visible
• Go to a cohort page (/admin/cohorts/[name])
• Click "Add Existing User" dropdown - verify emails are shown alongside display names
• Create two users with the same display name, hover each in the dropdown - verify only the hovered one highlights
