This commit introduces a Python script that generates QR codes and displays them in the terminal. It replaces the functionality of the existing C-based QR code generator.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 2508939276086403661 started by @tpanj

Creates a new command-line script, qr_generator.py, to generate and display QR codes in the terminal.

Uses the 'qrcodegen' library for QR code generation.
Supports both 'big' and 'small' rendering styles.
Adds a requirements.txt file to manage Python dependencies.

This script is a Python implementation of the functionality originally provided by main.c.v.
