Adding a new event type

Mapbox studio

1. upload a icon with the iconFlag name as the file name.

Front end

1. update legend to include the icon
2. upload svg file of both map icon and circle icon.
3. update CSS to color the event header style

Submission Form

1. add a an event type option, auto population the iconFlag field

Admin site

1. add event type to the dropdowns
2. add icon flag to drop downs

Email

1. if desired, add icon flag as an included event type
2. if desired, add event type specific text

SMS

1. if desired, add icon flag as an included event type
2. if desired, add event type specific text
