MallSCRM 是面向购物中心会员营销系统，提供 OneID 会员、等级、积分（含自动累积与 OCR 补录）、优惠券、团购、秒杀、活动报名等基础功能，支持规则化标签、精准圈人和事件驱动营销，集成停车、租借、导购等场景服务，并配套商户核销、数据看板与对账，实现用户运营与商户协同的数据闭环。
