A data-driven analysis exploring the relationship between income inequality (Gini Index) and educational opportunity in the United States. Using 40 years of World Bank and UNESCO data, this project investigates whether rising wealth inequality acts as a barrier to college access, effectively creating a "Class Ceiling" for upward mobility.
