SmartRank is a free open-source software dedicated to searching national DNA databases with complex DNA profiles. It is anchored in an LR framework, using the same model that is behind LRmix Studio (with some adaptations). The development of SmartRank was co-funded by the Prevention of and Fight against Crime Programme of the European Union.
