Change tolua min ios version to 7.0 Remove armv7s build from tolua makefile Disable shared library building of luajit for iOS Remove derived files from git
`./build_ios.sh lua` will use lua5.1.5 as lua backend for device and simulator `./build_ios.sh` will use luajit for device and use lua5.1.5 for simulator ToLua can run on ios simulator with this new build

可能是手机的性能太强了，电脑已经不太能跟上了。慢一些，也还能承受。解决办法就是换最新型号最高配置的mac。。。 |

luajit在模拟器上运行不了，是汇编代码里的问题。只能用lua5.1.5。改了一下编译脚本，可以在编译时通过参数选择是用lua还是luajit。但是对模拟器只用lua5.1.5。已经分别在模拟器和真机测试过。
模拟器虽然慢，但是有时候还是方便一点的。
