toopher-java API with updated Iframe endpoints

This release is intended for existing customers using the toopher-java-1.0.0-SNAPSHOT artifact posted on maven central.

Changes:

• Update ToopherIframe.java to use new iframe endpoints (web/manage_user and web/authenticate). Allows access to some newer features not available in the deprecated endpoints (i.e. pregenerated OTPs).
