Conform LevelOfAssuranceManager to current ToopherIframe api. Add a CredentialsToPrincipalResolver that includes PersonDirectory attributes. Add exclusions for request parameters from Saml 1.1 and Saml 2.0 for Google Apps protocols to ToopherResponseCredentialsBinder. Change AuthenticationMetaDataPopulators to preserve principal attributes. Add iframeTtl to ToopherConfig.
