Adding Docker and docker-compose configuration for easier launch and improved security

Hi @tools4j, thank you for this amazing tool. That's a huge amount of work and it works well for my first experimentations.

This is my contribution for StackedOff to make it easier to run and improve security (in one line thanks to Docker) :

• Added Dockerfile
• Added docker-compose file for easy run
• Added prod.docker-compose.yml file
  • With this deployment, administration features (/admin, /load and /rest/purgeSite routes) require a basic_auth access to be accessed
• Added related documentation
