Summary

Reworked the TQEnergyManager class to compute signed totals using separate import and export OBIS codes, handling missing values gracefully
Updated the TQEnergyManager tests to reflect the new calculation logic and added a test ensuring export data can be absent

Testing

pipenv run python3 -m pytest -q
pipenv run python3 -m flake8 --select BLK **/*.py


          Remove README note and add missing export test
