The Ruby License

BioRuby is an open source Ruby library for developing bioinformatics software.

While its easy to use and contain examples on some usage, usually it is worth to have more examples.

Here, I put some short example code, that is directly usable in real operation.

The License is the ruby’s License, which is the same as the BioRuby library.
