how to use this software:

Dispatcher:
download libgcal from "git://gitorious.org/libgcal/libgcal.git"
follow the instruction and install the library
compile the Dispatcher with "make all"
run the dispatcher with ./Dispatcher

lpc21isp:
download and compile lpc21isp 

download and compile GNU ARM toolchain

configue the software parameter at configure.h (set user password etc)
connect the LPC2148 to the computer
configure the makefile with the toolchain and lpc21isp paths
run "make program" to compile and burn the software on the LPC2148
