I’m a Research Assistant at the Oxford University Clinical Research Unit (OUCRU), where I work with the Molecular Epidemiology group on microbiome and metagenomics data. I enjoy building and maintaining bioinformatics pipelines using Python, R, and Nextflow, and turning complex biological data into clear analyses, visualizations, and reports.
I graduated in Biotechnology (Medicine specialization) from VNUHCM – University of Science. With a strong interest in bioinformatics and genomics, I’m passionate about applying data-driven approaches to better understand biological systems and, ultimately, contribute to improved healthcare outcomes.
