there are two loops for polymerization, PA bond formation then OH bond formation. I have OH bond formation working given that the restart file has PA bonding complete. However, for PA bonding I know that it will probably take longer given the length scale and volume increase so I need to have a way to continue the PA bonding from a restart file. The issue I have right now is that the restart file does not contain how many PA bonds were already formed so I'm currently working on that.
