Add support for footer reveal when dragging the scrollbar with the mouse.
The existing implementation only triggered the footer reveal on mouse wheel and touch events. This change introduces
mousedownandmouseupevent listeners to detect when the user is actively dragging the scrollbar, allowing the footer to reveal itself consistently with other scroll interactions.
