Add a sliding footer that fully reveals on clicking the language select button, and fix a JS error.
The user requested a footer that fully reveals when a specific button (
#footer-lang-select) is clicked. This PR implements a basic sliding footer using CSS transforms and a JavaScript event listener to toggle anis-openclass. Additionally, a previously undefined variable causing a script error was commented out to ensure functionality.
