Implement continuous footer reveal when dragging the scrollbar past the page bottom.
This change introduces an invisible spacer at the bottom of the page to extend the scrollable area. Scrolling into this "extra" area now linearly maps to the footer's reveal, providing a smooth, continuous animation similar to mouse wheel and touch input, resolving the previous "freezing" behavior.
