Description

Update Vitest and related packages to the latest versions. This PR upgrades:

• vitest from 4.0.8 to 4.0.17
• @vitest/coverage-v8 from 4.0.8 to 4.0.17
• @vitest/ui from 4.0.8 to 4.0.17

This update ensures we're using the latest testing capabilities and fixes any bugs present in the previous versions.
