This PR provides an improvement to our plotting package by adding a utility function to simplify the generation of bar charts from an input
pandas.DataFrame.The code has been extensively commented (also for the sake of generating documentation automatically in the code base) and the implementation is quite straightforward.
If you want to quickly test it, just pass in to the function the
data frameand the corresponding selection of columns you want to plot and that's it.
