- most substantial changes are towards making HPC usage more optimal and user friendly
- add a runner which doesn't require job number (runner_auto)
- add support for time limit in runner -- will not start running a benchmark if sufficient time is not available (default: no time limit, same behavior as earlier)
- some changes in compare_jobs
- allow filtering out certain families from plots
- change table formatting
- add category information (needs a view called "ProblemSet6" wherein corresponding to each problem_id there is a benchmarkcategory)
* better for not-so-wide screens * also, I think easier for comparison
* updates to PBS creations * some changes to makeProblemSet (see diff, I don't remember what these changes were exactly. Were done in conjunction with Lianah, to fix some trouble we had with creating a problem set) * ignoreErrors = True in runner.py (if you can't parse the stats, don't just die)
