VipsScaler extension for MediaWiki

This extension is a wrapper around VIPS a free image processing software.

== Configuration ==

$wgVipsCommand : path to the vips command (default: vips).

By default everything is scaled using vips. To disable scaling, set
$wgVipsOptions = array();
