Linux: stability improvements

Code is passing tests on linux and windows.

Cake transpiler "edit mode"

The transpiler mode can be removed in the future releases.
This version is before this removal.

The edit mode can be useful for code format, refactoring and conversion tool like cake.

However it is difficult to maintain everything and cake may move to be more like a traditional compiler.
