Added a new Method and it Queries the database for AttackTypes

By George I think Im getting it fellows!!!! I have updated the
FeedService.java, Project.java, and the ProjectManager.java This
update will not break David's code and if you choose to replace the
files in your eclipse you will still be able to use terrorParam1 and
terrorParam2 my new method takes in a terrorParam3 and queries the
database for attacktype such as Assassination, Unknown, Armed Assault
and Bombing/Explosion ....... Enough of me talking download the new
files and try this!!!!

Ira? Nice to hear from you! This project is decommissioned as I lost the key for the project on Google Play. I had to change hosts as RedShift moved to using containers. I moved the project to Heroku. I still have the code but if you want, we can recreate the project on the Google Play Store. It would also be better if we set up a build process that kicks off once changes are committed to the GitHub repo.

I'm game we can get it started again, I was actually trying to create a new repository and dump all the files from our finished product and understand the code a little more. I hit the Pull Request thinking that it would pull all of the files and low and be hold it summoned you! lol...

I have also tried to start a Heroku live server with a ruby app but for some reason I cannot get the darn thing to work. I arrive at the (git push heroku master) it saying Could not detect rake tasks ensure you can run `$ bundle exec rake -P` against your app with no environment variables present and using the production group of your Gemfile. This may be intentional, if you expected rake tasks to be run cancel the build (CTRL+C) and fix the error then commit the fix: #... what could I be doing wrong?
