With this change we can easily change the INSTALL_DIR variable by using the -p flag. It defaults to /root when not used.
Add -h flag to display a help message.
Reuse setted variables throughout the script.

Changes:
-pflag to change the default value of theINSTALL_DIRvariable. It still defaults to/root.-hflag.
