Make blocklayered collapsible on mobile

This will make blocklayered collapsed by default on mobile like this:	When pressing the plus button, it will look like this:

This way, customers won't have to scroll past the large filter menu on mobile, but could see the products without scrolling that much (unfortunately they still are not above the fold). This is especially useful when you have a lot of filters with a lot of options.

To do

• Make the whole line clickable instead of only the plus button like with the other menus
• Make the filters not disappear after selecting something so the customer will not have to open it again
• Add slide down animation like the other menus
