I've added two methods to the ImageLoader class:
public void setStubDrawable(Drawable drawable)
and
public void setStubDrawable(int resourceDrawable)
Their purpose is fairly obvious. They let you set your own drawable that is going to be displayed when the image is being loaded.
Sorry that the whole file changed. I use differen't formatting for my code.
