There were several instances where .DS_Store files have snuck in. For cleanliness, delete these.
This is a very simple layout that is in line with the `teams` pages.
While we're adding in new site features, also migrate to Jekyll 4, which also fixes some issues with kramdown 1.x and greatly reduces the number of gems to be installed.
