1.10.0 was released with support from PHP 8.3 to 8.5 and Symfony 6.4 to 8 to easily allow one to upgrade. Meanwhile the CI and testing is quite expensive on this project due to the wide range of constraints, so it is necessary to restrict them to go back to a more reasonable scope.
