bump itables. add allow_html. ruff format
fix some structure descriptions
…so it can be the default mapping to IfcDistributionBoard
IfcAirToAirHeatRecovery -> IfcSpaceHeater
make one-to-many mappings inc. `is_ifc_default` column = 0 AND set to IfcSomethingNOTDEFINED
