logfile.logtag_id compound indexes added to jooq generation and tests

Description

Added new logfile.logtag_id compound indexes to jooq generation and tests.
The new indexes are cix_logfile_epoch_hour_host_id_logtag_id and cix_logfile_logdate_host_id_logtag_id

Includes:

• Updated journaldb.sql dump with the two new compound indexes.
• Updated jooq code adding the two new compound indexes.
• Updated StreamDBClient test resources to accommodate the changes.
