Fixes issue #197
Supports:

  • Linking captures to groups
  • Removing captures from groups
  • Retrieving all captures with groups
  • Retrieving which captures are in groups
  • Retrieving which groups capture belongs to

I am unable to figure out why captureDefinitionId is a member field of CaptureGroup object
