  • HostFile and HostRelp controllers separated and refactored to new design
  • Delete endpoints use void
  • No postfixes on endpoints
  • Some tests still rely on older version which has not been refactored in this branch.
  • HostFile and HostRelp controller tests separated. Also removed all HostMeta, Interface and IP which will be implemented alone in their respective feature branch.

Also removed mentions of CFE type host where applicable on this PR. Schema tables, hub and procedures still take advantage of 'cfe' type where it must be specified as 'cfe'.

Pull request #155 has more in-detail comments about changes.
