Added x64 support

This release removes the Google Protocol Buffer dependency to add x64 support to X-Plane 10.

Installation:
copy content of zip file into X-Plane10/Resources/plugins directory.

Installation: copy Images/ folder into your X-Plane/Resources/plugins folder and rename to "AirborneCPS". Then copy .pdb and .xpl file into the same /plugins folder.
