For the Tailscale utilities you can pass in the API Key, the Auth Key, and the Domain, or you can use environment variables:
export TAILSCALE_DOMAIN=example.ts.net
export TAILSCALE_AUTH_KEY=tskey-auth-XXXXXX
export TAILSCALE_API_KEY=tskey-api-XXXXXX-
