Released Full Version of Estimate Builder

-Make complete estimates with Estimate Builder!
-Drag controller scope, systems or panels into the estimate, or create your own
-Run connections between devices and controllers, or from controller to controller
-Review the completely automated Labor hours, based on points for TEC Labor, or wiring and conduit for Electrical
-Decide what you want in your proposal, and edit what it says from the program. Export directly to an RTF document
-Review the estimate as a whole and get a completed price

Bug Fixes:
-System Budget Price now properly updates on removing a piece of equipment
-Loading a bid will now ask the user if they want to save any unsaved changes

Scope Builder and Template Builder 1.2

Features:
-Added File Associations! Now the user can double click a file to open it in Scope Builder.
-Added a new Proposal Tab.
-Removed Scope, Notes and Exclusions tab (Now in Proposal Tab).
-Added the ability to add Proposal Notes to Scope Items in the Proposal Tab. These will show up hierarchically beneath the scope items on the Proposal Document.
-Reformatted the Proposal Document to look more professional.
-Added a Budget Tab to replace the Budget Window. Budget items will now auto-update with changes to the bid.
-Added the ability to hide the templates sidebar by clicking "View", "Show/Hide Templates".
-Changed where Templates load from via a prompt to the user. This path will be saved until changed or the file can no longer be found.
-Added a task bar to show program status and version number.
-The program will now check for unsaved changes on closing and prompt the user to save if there are any.
-Saving the Bid is now asynchronous. The user will be able to keep working while the file saves.
-Changed all directory prompts to use the same saved directory.
-Added Database Auto-Update. Files that use old versions will now load into any* future version.
-Added more tests. All Save/Load and Undo/Redo scenarios should be covered.
